Visitors to the
Territory can also experience Aboriginal culture, ballooning, camel
safaris, camping, canoeing, crocodile farms, cruises, cycling,
fishing, hiking, and horseback riding among their many choices.
Perhaps the Territory's most distinctive sight, the 600-million-year
old Uluru (Ayers Rock), is one of the most photographed natural
structures in the world. Uluru changes hues as the sun crosses
the sky and glows red, especially at dawn or sunset. |
